This is a King James Study Bible. This bible was a hardback cover. I covered it in green goatskin. I glued the raised hubs onto the spine and didn't exactly get them straight. I now use a different method for adding my raised hubs which works much better. It's a very nice study bible. My big improvement on this rebind was improving on turning over the corners. As you see also as with the pictures of the Thompson Chain I gave these bibles the ultimate test of strength by holding them upside down by the cover and the text block held in place perfectly. I was nervous about doing it but I wanted to see if the process of rebinding really worked. It did or I might have cried.
